Celebrate Latin American & Hispanic Heritage Month this October

Latin American & Hispanic Heritage Month is a month-long celebration for the duration of October. It honors the rich cultural and historical contributions of Hispanic and Latinx cultures, encompassing the diverse heritage, traditions, and achievements of people with roots in Spain, Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Spanish-speaking Caribbean.

During this time, various events, festivals, and educational programs are held to recognize and appreciate the significant impact of Hispanic and Latinx communities.

Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month 2023

Location: Online

 Join the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Hispanic Bar Association (CHBA) for their annual Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month program, “Lifting barriers for international workers in Canada – a Latin American/Hispanic perspective.” This virtual program will feature welcome remarks from the Treasurer of the Law Society and the President of the Canadian Hispanic Bar Association.
