Early this month, Madhur Anand, an ecology professor at the University of Guelph was presented with the Governor General’s Literary Award for Non-Fiction. Her book, This Red Line Goes Straight to Your Heart, is the story of her parents, herself as well as other family, friends and even Anand’s colleagues.
