Branch Service & Engagement Intern : are you considering a career in libraries? We are looking for a person seeking a paid internship (full time; contract) in a robust learning environment. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to dive into many aspects of library life. If you are energized by working with the public, have the ability to make others feel welcome, and are willing to go the extra mile to provide support to the team, this could be the job for you. Summer Shelvers : at WPL our Shelvers play an important role in our day-to-day operations. We are looking to hire four (4) Shelvers on a summer contract for the Main Library and the John M. Harper Branch. All four positions are part-time (12 hours per week) with the contract running from June 21st to August 27th. Successful candidates will have a keen eye for detail, an ability to keep things impeccably neat and help our customers have a superb library experience in a friendly environment.
