It’s that “list of” time of year. Amazon has released their annual lists which includes the most popular and most purchased books of the year.

They do note that seven of the top ten Most Read Books of 2020 were from a certain super-popular wizarding series. Those forever-bestsellers were removed from the list to make room for more titles and authors to share.
