With these virtual services, WPL is bringing the library to you!

WPL Kids Express

With our new WPL Kids Express book bundles service, families and teachers have the opportunity to order a curated package of information based on children’s ages, reading levels and interests. Users also can decide the number of items they would like to order.

Simply complete the online form, including pick-up location, and our staff will start gathering your personalized special order. Customer will be contacted when their WPL Kids Express bundle is ready for pick-up.

Book It! Your Virtual Librarian

Need some help with a school project? Trying to find that next great read for your kids or your family? Try our exciting new Book It! Your Virtual Librarian service.

Customers can now complete an online form to schedule a virtual appointment with our Children’s Reference Staff. Our staff are available to help with:

• Reader’s Advisory : discovering great new books
• finding books at your child’s reading level
• school projects and assignments
• learning children’s research skills
• using our catalogue to find what you are looking for
• resources for French language learners
• finding and reading children’s eBooks
• pop-up storytimes
• resources for English language learners
• locating materials and resources for classes and other learning groups
• virtual programs at WPL

At the conclusion of the virtual appointment, staff will gather any materials requested during the session and set them aside. Staff will email the Book It! customer when the items are ready for pick-up.
